I, the undersigned guest, understand and acknowledge the following:
No Lifeguard on Duty: I am aware that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area located at the above address. I agree to use the pool and surrounding areas at my own risk.
Assumption of Risk: I understand that swimming and pool-related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my use of the pool and related facilities.
Release of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless the homeowner, [Briana McDaniel], and the Horse Creek Ridge Homeowners’ Association (HOA), including its board members, officers, agents, and employees, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with my use of the pool, regardless of whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Supervision of Minors: I understand that any children or minors accompanying me will be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. I am fully responsible for their safety and conduct.
Compliance with Rules: I agree to follow all posted pool rules and any additional safety instructions given by the homeowner.
