When COVID hit, Julie was worried her 18 years of hard work educating, playing & building a community of local families was at risk. Together we created a plan to rework her business model to allow families to still enjoy all the wonderful things Gymboree Play & Music of Norman has to offer while still staying safe.
Here’s what we did…
We created a Zoom virtual class option.
We limited class sizes and encouraged families to sign up ahead of time
We offered a free class to new families
And added a wide variety of free video claseses available via Youtube.
